We are hiring experienced candidates for a Technical Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling international customer queries related to technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting and resolution.
Job Details:

- CTC: Up to ₹4.3 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹33,000/month
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO Voice experience in a Technical Voice process
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to modem, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity
- Diagnose technical issues and identify appropriate solutions
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting
- Provide accurate and effective resolutions while maintaining service quality
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain qualified communication throughout customer interactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice – Technical Support
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and resolve customer technical queries
- Graduate candidates preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners only
Important Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must currently be based in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Candidates requiring relocation to Gurgaon will NOT be considered.
