Cryptch IT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer – Programming Languages to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training to students and beginners in programming and software development.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on programming languages.
- Teach programming concepts from basic to advanced levels.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Guide students in writing, debugging, and optimizing programs.
- Provide hands-on training through real-world examples and projects.
- Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate guidance.
- Keep students updated with current programming practices and industry requirements.




- Maintain proper attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
- Support students in project development and interview preparation.

Programming Skills Required Candidates should have strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
- C / C++
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript
- HTML & CSS
- SQL / Database
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Basic Software Development concepts

Candidates with expertise in Python, C/C++, Java, or Full-Stack Development will be preferred.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Good classroom management and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,028.07 - ₹42,208.52 per month
