Job Responsibilities

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Installation, Service & Field Support
- Customer Satisfaction
- Product Demo & Customer Training
- Service Ticket & Complaint Management
- Coordination with Sales
- Technical Documentation & Reporting
- Product Knowledge & Skill Development
- Spare Parts / Equipment Management

Qualification: B.tech/ M.tech in Electrical/ElectronicsMechanical engineering Experience- Min 1 year of experience

Willing to travel 70-80% of timing.
