Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support,trobleshooting hardware and software issues, network support, system installation,maintanence,and on-site IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops,printers,and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Install,configure,and maintain Windows OS and applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN,Wi-Fi,Internet,and basic networking issues.
- Perform system formatting,Os installation,driver installation, and software configuration.
- Handle IT hardware installation,replacement and maintanence.
- Maintain proper records of service calls, issues,and resolution.




- Co-ordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Desktop & Laptop hardware and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, Routers,Switches, and Wifi.
- Good problem-solving and Communication skill.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within Chennai.

Qualification

- Diplomo / BE / B.Tech / IT related Qualification
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Experience in IT Support /Technical Support/Desktop Support will be an advantage.
