TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Consultant II to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with expertise in Adobe AEM or similar digital marketing tools, coupled with proficiency in web programming languages, cloud platforms, and scripting. This role is crucial in providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe AEM or other digital marketing platforms.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to web programming (e.g., JSON), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and shell scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Configure and manage various technical tools to optimize performance and user experience.
- Proactively monitor system health and performance,
implementing preventative measures to avoid future issues.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Must-Have Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe AEM or comparable digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of web programming concepts, including JSON.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with shell scripting or configuration of technical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with other content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of additional scripting languages.
- Certifications in relevant cloud platforms or Adobe AEM.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
