Role Description The Technical Specialist Trainee – Engineering Graduate (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining solutions around IBM Maximo, TRIRIGA (MREF), and Red Hat OpenShift under the guidance of senior technical specialists.

Daily tasks include investigating issues, performing basic troubleshooting, documenting technical findings, and providing support to internal teams and customers. The role involves learning product features, participating in implementation and upgrade activities,



and contributing to AI and automation solution deployments. The trainee is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established procedures, and progressively take ownership of technical support and solution delivery tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret technical issues, understand system behavior, and support solution optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and document technical work clearly.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting and technical support skills to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and assist in system configuration and maintenance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field) with a strong academic record.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise software, databases, or operating systems; familiarity with IBM or Red Hat technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to learn recent tools and platforms quickly, with a keen interest in asset management, facility management, AI, and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
