Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Service Engineer based in Pune Division, with some tasks conducted remotely.

The Technical Service

Engineer will be responsible for providing technical services, troubleshooting issues, and delivering technical support to clients. Daily tasks may include equipment installation,



servicing and maintenance, conducting diagnostics, and solving technical problems. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with teams to ensure smooth technical operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Technical Services and experience in Technical Support roles
- Robust Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills for resolving technical problems effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and reporting
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Knowledge of food industry standards and compliance (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP) is an advantage
- Experience with inspection systems like metal detectors, X-ray, or checkweighers is a plus
