We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Officer with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in techno-sales, business development, lead generation, and conversion, preferably from the cement, TMT, or building materials industry.

Qualification

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily meetings with Individual House Builders (IHBs) and influencers such as masons, contractors, and engineers in the assigned territory to generate sales of TMT Bars and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Enroll engineers, masons, contractors, and IHBs in the company's CRM system.

- Follow the assigned PJP (Pre-Journey Plan) and ensure a minimum of 8 unique market visits per day.

- Update all daily visit reports, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Organize and conduct local meets for masons, engineers, contractors, architects, and other key influencers.





- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and influencers to drive product sales and preference.

- Generate new leads, follow up on business opportunities, and convert leads into sales.

- Provide regular feedback on market activities, customer requirements, and competitor presence.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in technical sales/BD, preferably in cement, TMT, or building materials.

- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and sales-conversion skills.

- Good understanding of the construction and building-materials market.

- Willingness to undertake regular field visits and work towards sales targets.

- Own two-wheeler is mandatory for market visits.

- Travel/two-wheeler expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
