IT Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Technical Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of IT technologies, technical hiring processes, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to offer and joining.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.

Coordinate with Hiring Managers, Tech Panels, HRBPs, and stakeholders.

Schedule and manage technical interviews, HR discussions, assessments, and feedback.

Manage candidate pipelines, interview status, offers,



and joining/closure.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline, conversion, TAT, offers, and joining ratio.

What You Should Know

Basic understanding of IT technologies and software development concepts.

Knowledge of technical sourcing and Boolean search.

Understanding of JD interpretation and technical resume screening.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple technical requirements and hiring priorities simultaneously.
