Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates for consideration.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.

- Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT recruitment, and technical hiring processes.

- Excellent client interaction skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients.

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment including domestic staffing.
