We are looking for a Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience using job boards and LinkedIn, candidate screening, interview coordination, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of IT & Non-IT recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
- Experience managing multiple job openings and candidate pipelines
Pay: ₹15,693.54 - ₹28,469.21 per month
