Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Recruiter role based in Indore.
The Technical
Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create inclusive job descriptions, and develop effective talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
The Technical
Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, ensure a positive candidate experience,
and support timely hiring decisions to meet business needs. This position may also contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting and hiring for engineering, product, or technology-focused roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and confident, respectful interpersonal interactions.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems, job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing and tracking candidates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, and to prioritize multiple open roles.
- Knowledge of current recruiting best practices, inclusive hiring methods, and basic labor market trends in the tech sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in SaaS, CRM, or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
