Primesource LLP is seeking a motivated Junior IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. This position is ideal for a candidate with approximately one year of recruitment experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in IT talent acquisition within a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for IT positions (Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, etc.) using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Publish and manage job postings across relevant job boards and professional networks
- Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination




- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

- Approximately 1 year of experience in recruitment; candidates with prior exposure to IT recruitment will be preferred
- Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred, not mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- A professional, cooperative attitude with a strong willingness to learn
