Role: We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to develop explicit, compliant, and compelling technical responses for U.S. Federal Government solicitations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, PWS/SOWs, evaluation criteria, and Section L/M requirements.
- Develop technical, management, staffing, transition, quality, and implementation approaches.
- Develop and articulate complex, client-specific solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and our implementation strategy.
- Translate architectures and technical concepts into clear, persuasive solution stories that build evaluator confidence in our understanding and ability to deliver.




- Write technically credible content across Application Modernization, Cloud, Microservices, DevSecOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Agile delivery.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers to develop and refine win themes and technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Min. 7 years of technical/proposal writing experience.
- Experience with U.S. Federal Government proposals .
- Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
- Strong understanding of RFP requirements and proposal compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
