Technical Project Manager – Capital Markets

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects within the Capital Markets domain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation. - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans. - Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams. - Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and change requests. - Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges.



- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Provide regular project status, risk, and delivery updates to senior management. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes. - Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution. - Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable. - Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT experience. - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager. - Strong experience handling large and complex technical/software projects. - Mandatory Capital Markets domain experience. - Good understanding of Capital Markets processes and technology. - Experience working with software engineering, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams. - Strong stakeholder and senior management management experience. - Solid experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
