About the role

Finance organisations are evolving from transaction-processing functions to data-driven strategic partners. As a

Technical Programme Manager (TPM), you will play a pivotal role in leading complex Finance Transformation initiatives that modernise finance platforms,

simplify architecture, strengthen controls, and unlock business value through technology-enabled change.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes, acting as the bridge between Finance,

Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Procurement, and Business stakeholders. You will drive governance, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, delivery execution, and benefits realisation while ensuring teams operate against a single integrated plan.

You will be responsible for

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programmes and technology workstreams.
- Drive business and technology alignment across Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, plans, milestones, governance forums, and executive reporting.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and executive escalations.
- Ensure compliance with finance operating models, controls, audit, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Track delivery performance, benefits realisation, and transformation outcomes.
- Support organisational change, business readiness, and adoption of new solutions and ways of working.
- Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers to enable successful programme delivery.

You will need

• Experience delivering large-scale Finance, ERP, or Enterprise Transformation programmes.

- Good understanding of finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay,Planning & Forecasting, and Financial Controls• Experience working with Oracle, Fusion, SAP, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms preferred• Strong Programme Management capabilities and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven programme governance, risk management, financial management, and delivery leadership capabilities.




- Ability to translate business objectives into executable technology outcomes and measurable business value.
