This role is for running significant initiatives at the same time submitting build requests, a CRM rollout, an ERP migration, and zone-level dashboard work, all in flight together.

This role sequences priorities across all threads, catching the dependency that would otherwise blow up two projects at once, and giving leadership one honest view of what's on track, at risk, or blocked — and why.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end visibility of the revenue funnel and commercial metrics — Volume, Revenue, GP, EBITDA, PBT by segment — connected through to downstream metrics like AR ageing and Unbilled Revenue.
- Diagnosing root causes behind issues through data and direct engagement with Sales, Operations and Finance
- Running a structured, recurring program of Sales/Operations/Finance review meetings to resolve day-to-day challenges using data and systems.




- Holding the business leader and team accountable for their metrics — following up relentlessly, and escalating when necessary.
- Running the business's improvement initiatives as a genuine program — each fix (a dashboard, an automation, a process change) treated as a project within it, sequenced and prioritized against real business pain and Data & Technology's build capacity.
- Writing precise, build-ready requirement specs for the Data & Technology team for each initiative, and owning it through build, UAT, rollout and adoption.
- Negotiating directly with senior/promoter-level management — decoding their priorities.

Qualification:

Preferred Background

- 3-5 years of experience combining genuine business/financial fluency, hands-on data and systems work, and exposure to unstructured, promoter-led or founder-led environments.
- A demonstrated track record of owning a P&L-adjacent; scorecard and holding stakeholders accountable to it — not just reporting it upward.
- A demonstrated track record of writing requirement specs exact enough that a development team built from them without repeated clarification.
- Real comfort negotiating with demanding, impatient senior management — able to hold a position under pressure without becoming either combative or a pushover.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets fluency; SQL, Power BI, or low-code exposure is a strong plus.
