We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional programs from conception to delivery. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and milestones
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Drive technical discussions and ensure alignment on architecture and design decisions
- Establish program governance, processes, and best practices
- Manage stakeholder communication, including leadership updates
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and operational excellence
- Use data and metrics to track program performance and improve processes
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where required
