Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) /n Experience: 8–15 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n About the Role /n We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex semiconductor/SoC programs from planning through silicon tape-out and post-silicon validation. The role requires robust technical understanding, program ownership, execution excellence, and exceptional stakeholder-management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Drive end-to-end program execution for SoC/ASIC and semiconductor programs through silicon tape-out and validation.
/n
- Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
/n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and Validation.
/n
- Track tape-out readiness, technical dependencies, and critical program milestones.
/n
- Manage external vendors, technology partners, foundries, and customers.
/n
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely escalation across teams.
/n
- Prepare program status updates and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
/n
- Manage programs involving Government/PSU/strategic technology stakeholders, where applicable.
/n /n Requirements /n /n
- 8–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
/n
- Strong understanding of SoC/ASIC development lifecycle and silicon tape-out.
/n
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.
/n
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
/n
- Strong planning, problem-solving, risk-management, and execution capabilities.
/n
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams as well as senior business and external stakeholders.
/n /n Good to Have /n /n
- Experience working on Government, PSU, Defence, Telecom, or strategic technology projects.
/n
- Experience dealing with government stakeholders, structured approval processes, documentation, and compliance.
/n
- Exposure to 5G, ORAN, Wireless, Networking, or Communication SoCs.
/n
- Experience working with semiconductor foundries, IP vendors, or OSATs.
/n
- PMP/PGMP certification.
