Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple teams.
- Translate business strategy and organizational objectives into executable program plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, PMO, and business stakeholders.
- Manage program dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and overall delivery timelines.
- Strengthen PMO operations, governance, and program management practices.
- Improve release predictability through effective enterprise release management and coordination.
- Support infrastructure modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Influence outcomes across geographically distributed teams without direct authority.
- Ensure alignment between technical execution, business priorities, and organizational goals.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment with multiple competing priorities.

Additional Required Experience
- Strong Technical Program Management background.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Enterprise-level release management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale technical/enterprise programs.
- Program governance and PMO operations experience.
- Infrastructure modernization and/or platform transformation exposure.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Solid executive-level communication and presentation skills.
