Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handoff &

- Qualification (After Lead is Provided)

- Receive qualified leads and review background details, use cases, and customer pain points.

- Conduct initial technical discovery calls to validate requirements, environment, and feasibility.

- Understand the customer’s business objectives, challenges, and KPIs that the solution must address.

2.

Technical

Discovery &

- Requirement Analysis

- Run detailed requirement workshops with customer technical and business stakeholders.

- Map customer needs to product features, integrations, and architecture.

- Document technical requirements, scope, and success criteria for demos or POCs.

3. Solutioning &

- Proposal Development

- Design solution architecture tailored to customer needs.

- Prepare technical proposals, solution decks, and effort estimates in collaboration with delivery teams.

- Work with internal teams to align capabilities, timelines, and customization requirements.

4. Demonstrations, Walkthroughs &

- POCs





- Deliver high-impact product demos customized for the customer’s use cases.

- Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) or pilot implementations.

- Highlight differentiators, ROI, and technical advantages relevant to the customer’s objectives.

- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns with clarity.

5.

Stakeholder

Alignment &

- Deal Progression

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the pre-sales cycle.

- Coordinate with account executives to track progress, risks, and next steps.

- Participate in solution discussions, pricing review meetings, and proposal negotiations (from a technical standpoint).

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

- 2–7 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.

- Solid ability to understand complex customer environments and propose relevant technical solutions.
