Valuation — Core

● Lead and review all Plant & Machinery and Movable Assets valuation assignments for bank lending, NPA resolution, and SARFAESI enforcement mandates

● Conduct and supervise physical inspections of manufacturing plants, industrial equipment, and movable assets across diverse industry sectors

● Apply appropriate valuation methodologies — Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC), Fair Market Value (FMV), Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV), and Forced Sale Value (FSV) — based on mandate requirements

● Benchmark replacement costs for domestic and imported machinery including customs duty, freight, insurance, and erection cost components

● Prepare and sign off on valuation reports to bank-specific and IBBI-compliant standards

● Handle joint inspection visits with bank officials, lawyers, and court-appointed receivers for NPA and SARFAESI mandates

● Manage client deliverables for mandates from PSBs, private banks, NBFCs, and ARCs — ensuring quality and TAT are never compromised

Engineering Services (Preferred — will grow with empanelments)

● Conduct Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies for project finance appraisal by lenders

● Undertake Lender's Independent Engineer (LIE)



assignments — project monitoring, milestone verification, cost-to-complete certification

● Issue DCCO (Date of Commencement of Commercial Operations) certifications for bank and regulatory compliance

● Review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and project cost assessments for bank appraisal purposes

Team & Operations

● Provide technical direction and day-to-day guidance to Field Engineers in the P&M; stream

● Review and approve Field Engineer inspection reports before submission for final sign-off

● Coordinate with the Technical Manager – Corporate LB on combined mandates involving factory premises and plant together

● Maintain current knowledge of equipment prices, OEM quotations, and used machinery market values across major asset classes

● Ensure all assignments are tracked, documented, and dispatched in coordination with the MIS team

● Represent the firm at client meetings, empanelment discussions, and technical presentations

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹1,020,000.00 per year
