Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our invitro diagnostic applications and laboratory automation systems.

In this role, you will act as a core technical anchor, bridging backend instrument logic with intuitive, high-performance graphical user interfaces (GUIs). The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in C#, C++, Qt, and QML, with a proven track record of delivering robust software running on Embedded Linux and Windows environments. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) while collaborating closely with R&D; teams to bring complex medical / IVD hardware systems to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & System Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance PC and embedded software configurations for medical diagnostic equipment (such as biochemistry, hematology, and protein analyzers).
- UI/UX Development:



Create intuitive, low-latency application screens and custom widgets using Qt Widgets, QML, and desktop UI programming paradigms.
- Backend & Hardware Integration: Implement serial port (RS232/USB) and peripheral device communication protocols to smoothly interface software with semi-automatic and automatic medical machinery.
- Data & Configuration Management: Design and maintain local and server-side databases (SQLite, SQL Server) to securely store patient histories, test configurations, and calibration files.
- Full SDLC Ownership: Drive requirements analysis, detailed architectural documentation, code reviews, rigorous unit testing, and hardware-software deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Guide project features (e.g., smart card read/write functionalities, auxiliary thermal printing systems, real-time reaction graphing tools), while optimizing code via C++ STL containers and proven architecture patterns like Singleton.

Required Technical Skills

- Core Languages: Exceptional proficiency in C++, C# (.NET), and C.
- GUI: Expertise in building PC based applications using MVVM architecture in Windows environment.
- Integration Technologies: Deep knowledge of Signal/Slot mechanisms to bind C++ backend entities seamlessly into QML frontends.
- Databases: Solid command over database structures (for example using SQL Server and SQLite).
- Hardware/OS Environments: Extensive experience operating across both Embedded Linux and Windows systems desktop layers.
