What You'll Do

As a Technical Specialist – Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Architect at LevelShift, you will:

- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM/RCA) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned implementations.
- Lead technical solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Pricing, Quoting, Contracts, and Revenue Lifecycle Management, translating business requirements into enterprise-grade architectures.
- Develop and oversee custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform technologies while ensuring coding standards and technical governance.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications using REST APIs, Platform Events, and integration frameworks, while supporting DevOps and release management activities.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and ensuring performance optimization, security, and delivery excellence.

- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and Salesforce AI capabilities to build intelligent Revenue Cloud solutions.

Your Skillset

- 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture with strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM/RCA), CPQ, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solution architectures, Product Catalogs, Pricing models, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and complex Quote-to-Cash implementations.
- Robust expertise in REST APIs, ERP integrations, middleware platforms, DevOps, deployment strategies, Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring solution quality and governance.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer II, or certifications on the Salesforce Architect path are highly desirable.
