Experience in legacy application modernization is a plus, but the primary focus will be on C++ expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software development project
- Utilize solid C++ knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for software development and project management.
- Assist in the modernization of legacy applications,
ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming, particularly in Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in legacy application modernization.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications
