1. Solving problems through R&D; innovation i.e., Product & Process.
2. Providing support to R&D; managers in research, data collection and reporting.
3. Assisting with experiment/project execution.
4. Preparation of relevant documents related to the product and the involved processes.
5. Active participation in brainstorming sessions for new idea generation
6. Execute product improvement initiatives on time as laid down by leadership
7. Conducting scientific literature searches to support experimental study design.
8. Generating easy statistical summaries and reports of collected data.
