We are looking for a Technical Engineer – Electrical to support our sales and engineering teams by preparing technical documentation, analyzing customer requirements, and enabling accurate, competitive quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain technical datasheets, product brochures, and marketing/technical literature for electrical products and solutions.
- Develop case studies highlighting product applications, performance, and customer success stories.
- Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and specifications.
- Analyze customer data and requirements to determine suitable product/solution fit.
- Prepare technical inputs and specifications to support the quotation process.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of technical content.
- Stay updated on product ranges, standards,
and industry applications to ensure documentation is current and relevant.
- Assist in responding to technical queries from customers or internal teams during the pre-sales stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, or components (as relevant to your industry).
- Valuable analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, professional technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design/documentation tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in technical documentation, pre-sales, or application engineering is preferred.
