Company: Axtroid /n Location: Alto Porvorim, Goa /n Employment Type: Full-time /n About the Role /n Axtroid is looking for a Technical Content & Graphic Design Specialist (DTP) to develop high-quality marketing, product, training, and technical documentation for advanced technology products including 3D printers, 3D scanners, VR headsets, drones, and related solutions. /n This role combines technical writing, desktop publishing (DTP), and graphic design. You will transform complex technical information into professionally designed, customer-friendly content while ensuring brand consistency and print-ready quality. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, sales, training, and service teams. /n Note: This is not a social media, influencer marketing, or performance marketing role. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Create and design brochures, catalogues, datasheets, white papers, case studies, proposals, presentations, flyers, banners, labels, and other marketing collateral.

/n

- Develop product documentation including user manuals, installation guides, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, maintenance guides, quick start guides, training manuals, and onboarding documents.

/n

- Convert technical information into clear, visually engaging content for customers, partners, educators, technicians, and internal teams.

/n

- Produce training materials such as slide decks, trainer guides, participant handouts, worksheets, assessments, and e-learning content.

/n

- Design qualified layouts using typography, icons, diagrams, illustrations, infographics, tables, and brand-compliant graphics.

/n





- Create print-ready artwork for packaging, product inserts, certificates, exhibition graphics, and promotional materials.

/n

- Assist in developing video scripts, storyboards, demo scripts, and visual assets for product and training videos.

/n

- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, terminology, and technical accuracy across all documentation.

/n

- Maintain and update documentation as products, features, or processes evolve.

/n

- Coordinate with engineers, designers, printers, video editors, and external vendors when required.

/n

- Build and maintain a structured library of templates, graphics, documentation, and marketing assets.

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- Excellent written English with strong technical communication skills.

/n

- Experience in technical writing, product documentation, instructional design, or desktop publishing (DTP).

/n

- Strong graphic design and page layout skills for professional documentation and marketing collateral.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office.

/n

- Understanding of typography, colour, layout, infographics, and document design principles.

/n





- Knowledge of commercial print production, colour profiles, bleed, margins, and print-ready artwork.

/n

- Ability to interpret technical specifications and create clear, customer-focused documentation.

/n

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and brand consistency.

/n

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

/n /n Preferred Skills /n /n

- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, electronics, robotics, drones, 3D printing, industrial products, or EdTech.

/n

- Experience creating manuals, catalogues, brochures, packaging artwork, labels, technical illustrations, and instructional graphics.

/n

- Experience with product videos, storyboards, e-learning content, and presentation design.

/n

- Familiarity with B2B technology products and customer training documentation.
