Role Description The Technical Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the consultant works closely with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and support implementation activities.

Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with internal and client teams to resolve complex problems. The consultant also contributes to solution design, prepares technical documentation, and may assist in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and requirement analysis. This position requires regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and stakeholder communication.




- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret technical data, evaluate options, and support decision-making.
- Experience in sales or pre-sales activities, such as presenting solutions, supporting proposals, and engaging with prospects.
- Background in IT domains such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, or related technologies.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Experience in client-facing roles and IT consulting is an advantage.
