Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Content Developer who has strong hands-on knowledge of the MERN Stack and a good understanding of AI/ML and emerging AI technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for researching, creating, and structuring high-quality technical learning content for students. This includes lecture content, PPTs, assignments, coding exercises, assessments, practical projects, and project-based learning material.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex technical concepts, simplify them for students, and convert them into engaging and practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Content Development
- Create high-quality technical content for students across beginner to advanced levels.
- Research and write content on MERN Stack technologies, including:
- HTML & CSS
- JavaScript
- React.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- REST APIs
- Authentication & Authorization
- WebSockets
- Deployment & Cloud Basics
- Create structured learning content with concepts, examples, code snippets, and practical use cases.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.
- Ensure technical accuracy and keep content aligned with current industry practices.
2. AI/ML & Emerging Technology Content
- Research and create content around AI/ML and modern AI technologies.
- Stay updated with current AI terminology, tools, frameworks, and concepts.
- Understand and explain concepts such as:
- Generative AI
- LLMs
- Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- RAG
- AI Agents
- Agentic AI
- Function Calling / Tool Calling
- MCP
- Fine-tuning
- Hugging Face
- LangChain / LangGraph
- AI APIs
- Multimodal AI
- AI-assisted Software Development
- Explain what a technology is, why it is used, how it works, and where it can be practically applied.
- Identify relevant AI technologies that can be integrated with Full Stack applications.
3. PPT & Presentation Creation
- Create engaging and visually structured PowerPoint presentations for technical classes.
- Convert technical concepts into:
- Concept slides
- Architecture diagrams
- Flowcharts
- Code examples
- Real-world use cases
- Visual explanations
- Summary / recap slides
- Ensure PPTs are student-friendly and suitable for instructor-led sessions.
4. Assignments & Assessments
- Design practical coding assignments based on the topics covered.
- Create:
- Practice questions
- Coding exercises
- MCQs
- Debugging questions
- Case-study based questions
- Mini assignments
- Module-level assessments
- Ensure assignments gradually increase in difficulty.
- Create assignments that test conceptual understanding as well as practical implementation.
5. Tech Project Development
- Design and document hands-on projects for students.
- Create projects based on MERN Stack and AI integration.
- Define:
- Project problem statement
- Requirements
- Features
- Technology stack
- Development milestones
- Database schema
- API requirements
- UI requirements
- Expected outcome
- Create projects that help students build portfolio-ready applications.
- Incorporate AI features into Full Stack projects wherever relevant.
6. Research & Industry Relevance
- Continuously research new technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
- Identify technologies and skills currently relevant to software development roles.
- Update existing content when technologies, APIs, frameworks, or industry practices change.
- Benchmark content against current industry expectations.
7. Content Quality & Review
- Review technical content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Validate code examples before publishing.
- Ensure learning content follows a logical progression.
- Work closely with SMEs, mentors, instructors, and academic teams to improve content quality.

What We Are Looking For The candidate should be able to:
Learn → Research → Understand → Simplify → Create → Validate A strong candidate should not simply copy technical information from the internet. They should be able to understand a technology and explain it from a student's learning perspective.
For example, when introducing RAG, the candidate should be able to explain:
- What problem does RAG solve?
- Why is RAG required?
- How does RAG work?
- What are embeddings?
- What is a vector database?
- How does retrieval happen?
- Where is RAG used?
- How can a student build a RAG application?
- What assignment/project can be created around it?

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA / Computer Science or related technical background.
- Prior experience in technical content writing, curriculum development, developer education, instructional design, or software development is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building MERN Stack projects.
- Experience creating educational content for coding/programming students is a plus.
