Forage AI is a custom data extraction and automation company. We help our customers access large-scale web and document data tailored to their needs. In 2026 and as we move into 2027, our GTM strategy focuses on building a predictable revenue pipeline by offering customers a unified buying journey so we can support them from awareness to conversion and beyond.

We're looking for a Campaign Manager who can become our product and brand expert and turn direction into execution — someone who takes a campaign brief and ships it across every channel it needs to live on, fast and well.

Your role:

You plan, execute, and report on full-funnel campaigns, create the content that brings them to life, and build AI agents that support and scale your work. Your work sets the narrative everyone else builds on.

What You'll Own

Campaign themes and narrative

○ Understand what we do, how we do it, and why it matters to our ICP well enough to run campaigns.

○ Own unified messaging across channels, e.g., website, social, campaigns, emails, sales collateral

○ Translate technical capabilities and recent products into business value. Turn complex data engineering into simple, high-impact stories our ICP cares about.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

○ Plan, execute, monitor, and report on multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns from concept to results, aiming to generate traffic and leads.

○ Set the brand messaging and campaign theme framework the rest of the team draws from.

○ Coordinate with the internal team so campaigns amplify across channels instead of running in silos.

○ Own execution across all campaign channels — website, company, events, and leadership social, email, and campaign content/graphics.

Reporting

○ Track and report campaign performance — reach, engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:





○ 4+ years of B2B campaign, brand, or content marketing experience, ideally in data, AI, or technical services.

○ Experience running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns end-to-end.

○ Comfortable interviewing internal technical teams and turning their input into audience-ready content.

Skills:

○ You understand ICP pain points and can calibrate messaging for different funnel stages and audiences.

○ You can plan a campaign from strategy to execution to reporting.

○ Strong content and copywriting instincts, paired with an eye for design.

○ Comfortable building AI agents and simple AI/automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Clay, custom GPTs, Claude skills) to scale content production.

○ Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social scheduling/reporting platforms.

Mindset:

○ AI-native marketer. You build workflows and agents that save you hours, not just prompts that save you minutes.

○ Ownership-driven. You take tasks to completion without follow-ups and flag blockers before they become problems.

○ Data-validated. You check your instincts against performance data before doubling down.

○ Positive, collaborative, and unafraid to push back on weak ideas — including your own.

○ You want to grow from executing campaigns to owning the narrative that drives the business.
