What you will do
- Plan and facilitate discovery workshops across client organisations
- Produce process maps, requirement registers, and scope documents engineers build from
- Bridge operators and architects - translate both directions without losing truth
- Support solution blueprints with business cases and phasing logic
What we are looking for
- 3+ years as a BA/consultant on software delivery projects
- Interview and facilitation craft - you get quiet operators talking
- Writing that engineers thank you for: accurate, testable, exception-aware
- Comfort with data: you read a schema and query for evidence
Nice to have
- ERP/CRM domain depth
- BPMN or event-storming practice
- Pre-sales exposure
