Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using data analytics, automation tools, and scripting languages such as SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements for new product features or process improvements in the lending industry.

- Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Develop FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) and BRD (Business Requirement Documents) for IT projects related to wholesale banking.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Solid understanding of analytics, automation, scripting (SQL), Oracle databases.

- Experience working on large-scale projects involving data warehousing, lending operations, or wholesale banking.
