- Lead design and development of Adaptive Insights solutions
- Configure and enhance applications based on business requirements
- Work on Adaptive Planning implementation and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application/integration issues
- Act as an SME and provide technical guidance to the team
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Support scalable and high-performing solutions

Ideal Candidate
Looking for an Adaptive Insights / Adaptive Planning Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Consultant with robust hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, integration and solution design.
Note: Adaptive Insights/Adaptive Planning experience is mandatory. Workday Core HCM is only an added advantage.
