Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong experience in Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and database design. You will lead a team of engineers, drive system architecture, and build scalable, high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions,



and technical planning.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Golang development.
- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Experience in leading or mentoring a development team is preferred.
