Crescenza Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Teamcenter Business Analyst to join our PLM & Digital Transformation team.

What You’ll Do

- Lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops
- Analyze engineering and product lifecycle processes and define future-state solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
- Advise clients on PLM best practices and Teamcenter solutions
- Support process harmonization, testing, UAT, and solution deployment
- Drive process improvements, user adoption, and continuous enhancement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journey

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
- 2+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or manufacturing processes




- Strong understanding of PLM and engineering data management
- Experience in one or more areas such as:
- BOM Management, Change & Release, Requirements Management, Manufacturing Process Planning, CAD Integration, ERP Integration, Supplier Collaboration, or Teamcenter Data Model
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills with global/North American clients
- Automotive OEM / Tier-1 experience is highly preferred
