About the Role

ADA Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales & Customer Support to lead, motivate, and manage our Sales & Customer Support team.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, sales, customer service, communication, and performance management skills with the ability to achieve team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Sales & Customer Support team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
- Drive the team toward achieving sales and customer service KPIs.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve their performance.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate training and feedback.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.




- Maintain proper records and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, or a related field.
- Previous Team Leader / Team Handling experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling customer escalations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
