Role Description The Team Leader Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role involves leading and managing a team of real estate agents, setting daily targets, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales and brokerage objectives.

The Team

Leader will oversee client interactions, guide property visits, negotiate deals, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include developing strategies for commercial and residential property acquisition and sales, coaching team members on market trends,



and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also requires regular reporting to management, coordinating marketing activities with internal teams, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience in property transactions, market analysis, and deal structuring.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of local Gurgaon real estate markets and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or brokerage, preferably in commercial or mixed-use properties.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
