Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage daily team activities, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support team members in daily operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Track targets, productivity, and work quality.
- Resolve team and customer-related issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and share performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to meet business goals.

Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred.
- 6 months–2 years of relevant team-handling experience.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
