The Team Leader is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals and performance targets. The role involves supervising daily activities, allocating work, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets. Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on workload and priorities. Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Provide regular guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
