Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Field Collection department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, engaging, and managing a team of field collection agents to achieve and exceed collection targets.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of collection strategies and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of field collection executives, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets for the team and monitor individual and team performance against these goals.
- Develop and implement effective field collection strategies and techniques to maximize recovery rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Accompany field agents on visits to provide on-the-job training, support, and evaluate their collection effectiveness.




- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and complex collection cases with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on collection activities, team performance, and market insights to management.
- Motivate the team to maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize collection operations.
- Manage the allocation of collection portfolios to team members, ensuring equitable distribution and optimal coverage.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all collection efforts and customer interactions.
