??? ????????????????:Lead and manage a team of Web Consultants. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor team calls and ensure effective client communication.

Support consultants with objection handling and call closures. Personally handle and close high-value or difficult sales calls when required. Coach the team on website consultation, pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Track individual and team conversion rates and sales performance. Identify performance gaps and take corrective action. Conduct regular team huddles, training, and performance reviews. Ensure the team effectively communicates the value of Website Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.

Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure a professional customer experience. ⚠️ Key: Candidates without prior Website Sales / Web Consultant experience and proven call-closing experience will NOT be considered.
