Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executives to promote and sell residential plots, villas, and investment properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote real estate projects through direct marketing, digital marketing, and field activities.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation procedures.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare daily activity reports.




- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
