We are seeking applications for the position of Team leader for renewable energy project.

Missions/Main Duties

- Lead and supervise project monitoring and management activities for renewable energy projects.




- Coordinate with state-owned power utilities, renewable energy development agencies, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Review technical, operational, and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects.
- Track project implementation and identify issues impacting timelines or project outcomes.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for project improvement and risk mitigation.

Profile/Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master's degree in engineering; or
- MBA / Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of qualified experience in the renewable energy sector in India.
- Proven experience working with renewable energy companies, utilities, government agencies, or consulting organizations.
- Experience of assisting state-owned power utilities/RE development agencies in project monitoring or management of at least two Renewable Energy Projects.
- Good knowledge of MS office suite.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
