Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and coordinate a BPO operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive team performance and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.
- Allocate work and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
- Handle customer/client escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, processes, and client requirements.
- Conduct team meetings, performance discussions, and reviews.
- Coordinate with Management, HR, and other departments for operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports and MIS.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.




- Support new-employee training and ensure proper process understanding.
- Take responsibility for overall team discipline, conduct, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in BPO operations, preferably with Team Leader experience.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage targets, pressure, and escalations.
- Strong knowledge of BPO operations, productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Good reporting and basic MS Office skills.
- Should be flexible to work according to business/client requirements.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, disciplined, and performance-oriented professional who can take ownership of the team, coordinate effectively, handle challenges independently, and deliver consistent results. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
