Position: Team Lead – Website Sales

Shift: Night Shift | Working Days: Monday–Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Website Sales to lead and manage a sales team, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the website sales team.
- Monitor daily sales performance, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Guide the team in handling leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure a high level of customer engagement and service.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in sales,



preferably website/ IT services.
- Prior team-handling or team-lead experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on conversions and revenue.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
