The ideal candidate should have on-paper Team Lead experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer support/technical support executives.

- Monitor team performance against KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, Productivity, Quality, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Handle client and customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Prepare and publish performance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements - Minimum experience in a Team Lead role (on papers mandatory).

- Strong experience in Customer Support or Technical Support operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
