Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team supporting enterprise infrastructure, VDI, virtualization, and end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with team management, stakeholder communication, and incident management experience.

- Lead and mentor L1/L2/L3 support teams.
- Manage major incidents and drive resolution within SLA.
- Perform RCA and ensure preventive measures are implemented.




- Monitor team performance and KPI achievements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage VMware, VDI, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Drive infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in CAB meetings, change reviews, and governance calls.
