Job Title: Team Leader US Healthcare / Medical Coding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of a production team and ensure quality, productivity, and client SLA adherence. The role requires solid clinical/coding expertise along with team management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Production Analysts.
- Ensure 100% delivery within TAT and accuracy as per client SLA.
- Monitor productivity, quality, utilization, and shrinkage.
- Analyze error trends and identify training/improvement areas.
- Support complex case resolution and handle team queries.
- Plan and manage OJT and internal training programs.
- Identify process deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams.




- Provide process/product improvement feedback to management.

Requirements:

- Physician with CPC/COC certification.
- Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, RCM, or Health Plan Operations.
- Knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, AAOS, and healthcare claims/payment policies.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatment practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work in different shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior team handling/leadership experience preferred.
