- File/Print Server Management Positive to Have

Skills
- PowerShell Scripting
- VMware/Hyper-V Knowledge
- Azure AD / Intune basics
- Backup Tools (NetBackup, Commvault)
- Monitoring Tools (SCOM, SolarWinds)

- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers across environments.
- Perform user administration via AD, OU structure, and GPO configuration.
- Handle OS hardening, patching,



and compliance checks.
- Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues.
- Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams.
- Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution.
- Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
- Document SOPs, RCA, and technical configurations.
